SIAM CANOPY is a premium specialty coffee brand from the highlands of Northern Thailand. Every bean is single-origin, shade-grown Arabica — handpicked at origin and roasted in Thailand, close to where it was grown — then shipped direct-to-consumer to coffee lovers in Sweden.
The Origin
High in the mountains of Northern Thailand, our Arabica coffee grows gently under the protective shade of the forest canopy. The cool mist, the rich highland soil, and the slow ripening beneath the trees give every cherry its character.
Handpicked at peak ripeness and roasted in Thailand — close to where it was grown — so what travels to Sweden is fresh, traceable, and unmistakably itself.
